With over 20 years of experience, I specialise in HVAC design and commissioning & qualification (C&Q) for pharmaceutical, biotech, and laboratory projects.
I've completed 100+ writing projects — articles, brochures, training manuals, video scripts, case studies, and technical reports. I've edited several books and authored three.
As an ACTA-certified trainer, I conduct corporate training in writing high-quality SOPs, HVAC, AI, and personal development.
